Overall it was a pleasant stay, nice staff and service. Please, beware the hot tub will bleach your swimsuit.

The place is beautiful and safe. The staff was amazing. help with everything we needed, always letting us know before their shift was over if we needed anything. one of their workers Luz was willing to work late just to keep our bags safe after check out so we could explore Puerto Rico a little more. Loved this place and will definitely be going back.

We needed a place to stay for one night while in San Juan area. Found this little gem of hotel and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we booked it someone was communicating with me and everything went so smoothly. There are restaurants within walking distance and everything was very clean.

Excellent spot for a quick getaway. Staff was super friendly. Room was super clean and dark for a great sleep.

This place is a diamond in the rough. What a beautiful hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is not the typical tourist area. Everyone in the rmarea were friendly. Rooms were clean and everything in the room worked as it should. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Communication was great ! It’s right off of a busy street and there is street parking or you can pay 20 $daily to park at a lot up the street . Street noise is tolerable. Would be nice if fridge had complimentary drinks and/ or more complimentary items in the suite considering it’s a smaller hotel/stay. But overall it was nice !

This was a little gem in the city of San Juan with a relaxing and pleasant ambiance and there were several great coffee shops and a market and park nearby. It was nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet and spacious for my family of 5. We also appreciated having a small kitchen and the little pool and hot tub were great to have after a long day of walking around the Old Town.

The street is a bit busy and looks a little sketchy, but we didn't ever not feel safe as we walked to the market and coffee shops nearby everyday. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable ones ever, but they were fine.
