The active pool and the bathroom

The location is very poor

it’s in a good location, next to the souks. Walking distance to everything really. Good outdoor pool area with beds.

There was construction work we weren’t aware of and we were given the room that was right next to it. On our first full day we had constant banging and drilling from 10am-10pm. The next full day the banging continued until 7pm and we were told they would finish at 1pm. On top of the banging, at 10am a couple that worked for the riad were arguing and shouting very loudly outside our room and continued arguing and running around the riad for hours after that day. We asked to swap rooms because it was unfair to listen to this, especially if we wanted to sit by the pool during the day when it was too hot to explore the souks. Dust was coming into the hotel. We remained in our room with headaches our whole trip. Also on our first night we arrived at 11pm so we went out to get some food, we brought it back to the riad, not knowing it wasn’t allowed. We were happy to respect their rules and said we are happy to eat it outside and then we will come back inside and apologised for the inconvenience. The receptionist let us eat in the patio inside and told us we would die if we ate the food we bought and that my partner would divorce me in the future for not working in construction based jobs. If she was upset about the food we already explained we were happy to eat it outside the hotel and again, apologised on multiple occasions as we simply didn’t know. We remained in our room and had some free breakfast and tea to compensate… which in other riads they provide this already

The property is very good value for money. The staff are brilliant, especially Fatima who was so amazing and very keen to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible and if she could do anything to help. The swimming pool is a great size and the area around it is perfect for relaxing after roaming the souks.

Be aware that there are no late night snacks or drinks. Also very difficult to find but also part of the road charm!

The staff were very kind and accommodating, everything was clean, and we felt very welcome.

Bruit dans les chambres (nettoyage même en pleine nuit), chambre mal insonorisée et services limitées

Le service de Sarah et Fadwa était de très bonne qualité, elles ont été aux petits soins avec nous nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour.

Place is same as in the pictures. Staff is nice.

They offer a hammam massage but the massage itself needs to be paid extra, not sure if its really like that or what.
