Naxos Green Village Hotel

The room was comfortable and looked exactly like the photos. Cleaning staff did a good job of keeping the room and surroundings looking good. A nice pool area too and short walk to central port area

Property is way bigger than suggests online or expected - around 100 rooms, which means the pool area can get very busy and it can be difficult to secure a space. I bought some water to the pool and was told I wasn’t allowed anything from the supermarket so I couldn’t have it with me - I poured it into a water bottle and then this was fine. The gym is an extra charge €15 per day!! And when my partner asked to use the bathroom in the gym as it was the only one close to the pool he was originally told it was for gym members only, and eventually let in once he had confirmed he was a guest at the hotel. The coffee pods in the room were cheap knock off versions so didn’t work in the coffee machine and the design of the bathroom means it gets quite flooded every time you shower. The hotel is right next to an industrial site on a main road, so although the pool area is nice the surroundings and space you look onto isn’t very relaxing or idyllic. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable but has lots of hidden extra charges and doesn’t do a good job of making you feel particularly welcomed or like a valued guest. I wouldn’t stay again personally

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We loved the laundry service they offered. It was a great treat. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

The water in one unit was tepid, but it was fine.

Une chambre spacieuse avec un mobilier très design. Une terrasse agréable. Le calme de la localisation tout en étant à 10 minutes à pied de la ville et du port.Le personnel est à l'écoute et prend le temps de vous donner un minimum d'explications. Le petit plus , la possibilité de faire laver son linge.

Le manque d'indications pour arriver à l'hôtel à pied. Indiquer un chemin (qui existe) pour éviter de se trimballer et de monter des flopées de marche avec des valises. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais vous devez payer un supplément si vous prenez un jus de fruit frais ( par ailleurs très bon) en plus de votre café ou de votre thé par exemple.

Staff are super helpful! Pool service was excellent. Super clean and cleaned daily. Outside of the centre but only a 5 minute walk into town! Resort feeling! On our last day the hotel offered me a free shuttle to the port on account that I am pregnant ! Amazing breakfast choice also.
