ממליצים בחום, הייתה לנו חוויה מעולה. המלון יפהפה!!! המתחם הרבה יותר גדול ומרשים ממה שניתן להבין מהתמונות - מתפרס על פני שטח עצום. יש תחושה של המון פרטיות, כל חדר הוא סוג של יחידה נפרדת. החדר עצמו היה מעוצב מהמם ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך. הצוות בקבלה היה אדיב ונענה לכל הבקשות שלנו. הבריכה גדולה ועם מיטות שיזוף מפנקות. יש סופרמרקט קרוב למלון שזה יתרון. המלון אמנם לא נמצא במרכז העיר, אבל הליכה של 10 דקות בין הסמטאות היפות של נקסוס הביאה אותנו ללב העניינים וזה היה זניח.

בריכת המלון למעשה שייכת למסעדה הצמודה, ולכן חל איסור על הכנסת שתייה או מזון חיצוניים, כולל מים! זה היה די מעצבן ומתקטנן שכדי לשתות מים או קפה בבריכה של המלון, אני צריכה לשלם את המחיר של המסעדה במקום להביא איתי את הבקבוק או החטיף שקניתי מראש בסופרמרקט.

Beautiful hotel a short walk from the main port and old town. The staff were very friendly and helped us organise a quad bike and shared useful tips about where to visit. The room was a great size, very clean and well decorated. And we were upgraded on our arrival to a room with a private pool which topped off a great stay!

The property is very central, only a 10 minute walk into town. The rooms are spacious, the pool is lovely and big. There are reformer Pilates and a gym onsite you can use for an additional fee. We had the breakfast included with our rooms which was great. It wasn’t a buffet and could order off the menu, which I liked. We stayed 4 nights. They also run a laundry service for €18 per bag which was good. Also helpful guide at reception on map of Naxos and recommendations on what to do.

It’s right on the road, which I didn’t realise when booking. Found I had to follow up a few times with reception to get stuff we needed I.e. no soap in bathroom, it took asking often three times. It operates as a village so the restaurant, the Pilates, gym and I believe pool isn’t operated by the hotel. We found, the Pantry (restaurant onsite) service painfully slow and disorganised. While the hotel claims it’s not their restaurant it is onsite and as part of the rate to stay it includes breakfast. Everyday we had to show to multiple people there our card and they still tried to charge us full price at the end. This does need to be looked at by both the hotel and the restaurant. A few tweaks here would go a long way.
