Rooms were too small. One queen sized bed just about fits in the room.

The location of the guesthouse is very close to Kolsay lake. Abit remote but quite and beautiful surroundings. Booked the twin room facing the mountain. Beautiful view. Room was okay. Bed was comfortable. The owner and helpers were nice. Just that they are unable to communicate in english. Breakfast was good. They gave porridge, omelette and fruits. Basic but nice.

The shower drainage has issue. The water was not draining after a few minute of shower. Need to wait for the water to drain for next person to shower.

Brilliant evening meal and breakfast. Lovely staff. Great location.

Our shower did little more than dribble. Was quite hot at night.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Extremely welcoming, the family could not do enough for us! I would highly recommend this place!

The best value option near Kolsay Lakes. Really clean and comfortable. Excellent food with huge dinner at a very low price. No English spoken but Google translate made it ok. Easy enough to find, turn left for Kurmati village, just before toll gate to Kolsai national park. The hotel is the big white building to the left when you enter the village, just turn left at the sign

No drinking water and no shops nearby if you need to buy anything. Though there is free tea and coffee in dining room available

Magnificent views over the mountains when having breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Private parking. Nice ,clean room.

We only found the place due to the excellent directions left by others. I contacted the hotel through booking.com and they didn't respond. The gate is kept closed and you have to open/close it yourself to get the car in/out.
