Near the highway

When I booked it said pet fees were included but they said I needed to pay extra when arriving. The lock on the door was broken

I liked the rooms

First time staying there young lady at front desk was very nice and made us feel welcomed.

The room above us were very noise and a a young child it was running across floor and moving something across floor until midnight. At that time I went to front desk and told lady who checked us in I couldn’t take it anymore she did go up and told the family above us they were bothering us. I know a lot of hotels have regular families staying long term and if this was the case they shouldn’t rent the room below them to us who’s only spending the night.

Other than the nice and funny receptionist I didn’t like anything about that place!

As you walk in, you smell this nasty odor. The rooms were even worse. Our room smelled like really cheap perfume trying to cover what appeared to be a moldy smell. The chairs inside were stained and very dusty. The bed was on top of an awkward non-bed metal thing that made a weird sound. We did not even touch the bedsheets or cover. The pillows were small and smelled so bad that we had to put our shirts on them to use them. The bathroom had cracks and what appeared to be mold! The other hotel residents appeared to live there, and not to be mean, but some appeared to be in recovery or using drugs! It was not nice at all! I will never stay at this hotel! It was a horrible experience! The guests next door to us were talking all night long since I couldn’t sleep I could hear them. We left early next morning around 9:45 am one night out of six was more than enough and we never looked back!

Easy access

Took a long time to check in, had problems with the tv’s working. AC units had to be constantly reset. Asked for a receipt to be emailed and never received it

Location was nice

My last day I was locked out of my room. My key stopped working 2 hours before check out. They do not keep a physical person at the desk so you have to call someone. I called and was sent straight to voicemail. I waited 45 mins for someone to show up and finally let me in my room where I lost my shower time before check out. Then, when I went to leave they reminded me I was late checking out by 5 mins and could be charged a full another day. Nobody is ever at the desk and it makes it a huge pain to do anything there. They also don’t offer anything extra - pillows, blankets or towels. Also it was dirty… and had tons of ghats in it.
