Decent location...clean

Just a simple, clean place to sleep. Comfortable, no bugs or smoking!

Jaleen on the front desk was most accomodating. More coffee in the morning would have been nice.

I love the staff! So fun and they give off family vibes. I have never felt so much of a connection and a safe atmosphere from the second I walked in the door.

The bed sucked.it was super uncomfortable and very painful and the pillows were super flat. The towels were to small and there were no washcloths .

Cost and location

Shower was built for a 5’7” person, not a 6’7” guy. Also a working ice machine would have been nice.

I really enjoyed the staff they were great. I think they did the best they could with what they had to work with. This hotel is very rundown.

The electrical outlets did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no heat in the room. Although it did have air conditioning. At night the room was cold. There was nothing the staff could have done to fix it. The staff had limited abilities to fix any thing. It's obvious the owners of this hotel care about only making money. The staff worked really hard to fulfill my needs. The room did not have heat. it was broken. The room was very clean. The hotel owner should hire more staff. As far as I could tell they only had two people; the manager and one maintenance staff for cleaning rooms. You cannot run a business like that and expect people to give you great ratings for your hotel.
