Great location! On the shoreline, nice beach, scuba diving booking on site, and a beachfront restaurant.

Lots of staff socializing with each other. Too bad they didn't know how to help the clients.

Todo excelente. Indescriptible confort y lugar a ese precio. Los tragos en el borde del mar viendo el atardecer, el dj en el sunset, caminar sobre ese muelle... por Dios santo qué bendición. El mar ahí es una pileta (no se puede caminar mucho por los parches de piedra, pero es MUY cómodo para meterse hasta la cintura y quedarse maravillado por el lugar. No hay olas. No hay gente. No hay ruido. Solo el hotel (con uno vecino al lado y del otro lado nada), la playa, los camastros y un excelente servicio. Daba MUCHA pereza volver a la habitación a lo que fuera. Los baños en el sector playa son excelentes. El personal es LO MÁS.

El acceso a las habitaciones Jungle está cruzando la calle y con un acceso de piedritas que hace imposible circular con valijas con ruedas. Tuvimos que cargar (las de 23 kilos) por todo ese sendero. Las escaleras vaya y pase, pero ese acceso merece acomodarse mejor.

Unsafe experience as a solo female traveler – employees chased me on the beach I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frightening experiences I have had while traveling. First, the dorm room did not match the photos. The bed only had a loose sheet with no mattress protector, and I woke up with multiple bites on my body after sleeping there. I cannot confirm the cause, but it raised concerns about possible bugs in the bedding. The dorm room door also did not properly close. I had to repeatedly wake up during the night to shut it, which is concerning in a shared dorm setting. When it did close, it had to be slammed loudly, waking anyone sleeping near the door. The shower water also never got fully hot and stayed lukewarm. However, the most serious issue happened at the restaurant. The dorm price is inexpensive, but the restaurant food and drinks are very expensive. During happy hour I ordered two margaritas. They arrived tasting like simple syrup water with almost no alcohol. After only a few sips I felt sick from how sugary they were. When I asked the staff to remake them, they simply poured tequila on top of the same drinks, which made them taste even worse. When I politely asked if the drinks could be removed from the bill since they were undrinkable, the staff refused and insisted that I had to order two more drinks. I became overwhelmed and got up to walk to the front desk to speak to management about paying for my dinner and resolving the issue. Instead, three male employees chased me down the dark beach and surrounded me while aggressively demanding payment. As a woman traveling alone, this was extremely frightening. I explained that I intended to speak to the front desk about the bill, but the situation became very confrontational. Eventually they allowed me to pay for just my dinner, but the situation left me shaken.

Die Einrichtung und die Gestaltung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut gewesen.

Das Servicepersonal war absolut Inkompetent. Dauerhaft neben der Spur als wären Sie auf Drogen. Zimmer extrem laut durch die Bar. Samstag Musik bis 2:30 pm obwohl uns mittgeteilt wurde bis 12:00 Uhr. Dusche mit Salzwasser? Sehr unangenehm zu Duschen
