The view is beautiful. We love Valdidentro and this location in general. The host kindly agreed to move check out to 10am.

Prolong periods of time without hot water. In many cases in the late evening and in the middle of the day the supposedly hot water was hardly warm. Especially disappointing was the day of our arrival when none of us could take a shower. Everyday there were such periods lasting hours without hot water. - The apartment has a modern ventilation system, which makes the air quite dry. The flow of air was constantly strong and the host said that the humidity should be 40%, while in reality it felt much less than that. When we asked to decrease the air flow to increase the humidity - no answer followed by the host. So the guests are forced to live in a dry environment with no control of it. Everyone of us suffered especially during the nights because of the dry air. - The soundproofing is poor, you can hear all the neighbors, the first two days they were loud till 2:30 in the night. And this was not a party just conversations and laughter. Few suggestions for the host: - please hire professional cleaning and professional laundry services for bed linen. We could see the dirt from previous guests here and there in many places. Dusting of the upper surfaces would be also highly appreciated - the hooks in the living room should be screwed to the wall, not glued, as they are useless and cannot sustain a weight of a jacket. - please control the flush in the toilet, the water spits out all the time when one flushes with the open lid. - try to put some carpets as the tiled floor everywhere is very cold and unwelcoming. - please remove the plastic cover of the dining table, it is not nice and even not clear if it is designed for food. Put some lack on the wooden parts if you are so careful about it. - please do not mislead the guests and clearly say which apartment everyone gets, as there are four? of them, and nice pictures are only from a particular one. The rest either have small windows or worse view. Also the fact that the floors are fake wood (tiles) should be specified.

We had to notify the host a day before about our arrival time. The host met us and gave the keys. He also showed around, where to park, where to throw out garbage etc.

The downside is that there is only one key, so if you're with a larger group of friends, you have to take that into account. Also, there is no coffee, salt, sugar etc provided. Only 2 toilet paper rolls and only one dishwasher tablet for a week.

clean, new and perfect location which was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and nice guy, definitely recommending!!!

Fantastic apartment. Modern everything you might need. Host was there for arrival and departure.
