Perfect location for an holiday between Livigno and Bormio. Very recently renewed and modern apartment.

The apartment is very basic, very few amenities are provided which is not great especially for short time rental. It is not easy to find. The experience could be improved quite a lot with some simple adjustments to make the place more welcoming than it is.

"Great appartments for Livigno skiers"

This is a new building with spacious apartments. Location is just half an hour driving from Livigno and few minutes from Bormio. There is a small village with shops and good restaurant just in walking distance. Special thanks to Christian, the manager, who meet us late night on our arriving and been always super helpful on our stay!

There were no washing machine. If you coming for a longer period this might be helpful.

At first I thought the landlord was friendly and the house was comfortable, however we met him when we were checking out and he asked to take the rubbish away, we said we were in a hurry to get to the airport and could he clean it up for us, he said yes, no problem, don't worry. During this time he did not mention anything about the cost of disposing of the rubbish. However, he submitted photos about the rubbish at the time of booking and asked us to pay 100 euros for "damage to the house". This was unbelievable and we contacted the owner stating that we could not accept such a high amount and were willing to pay 10-20 euros for cleaning but he said that this amount was set by the booking, in fact we contacted the customer service of the booking and they said that 100 euros was set by the owner. Couldn't understand the landlord's behaviour and there was no possibility of a second stay.
