Nothing!

EXTREMELY dirty HORRIBLE experience. The room was grossly dirty. Hairs everywhere! And just simply dirty. You would think there’s no housekeeping. We asked for a diff room which was the same or worse. We needed up leaving and renting a different room. We asked for the manager to call us and we are STILL waiting on that call. We’ve called several times and we’ve been told “she’s off”

I reserved a room with sofa and they didnt give one with a sofa, rude (female) receptionist, poor heating, there was no cold water in the kitchen and bathroom sink, bad smell , bad WiFi, the room was never cleaned , an unbearable smells in the hallways, uncomfortable and tall Bed

They didn’t receive my even with a reservation

Sara was the nicest most smiling person ever. She was a delight to talk to.

The AC/ heater didn't work in room 313.

a) The front desk staff were professional, if a bit rigid. b) Housekeeping did their best keeping the room clean. Note that the roaches mentioned below are not their responsibility to control!

a) In a word: Roaches! To see the quantity of roaches scrambling when you turned on the lights...Gross! b) The bath/shower valve cover was coming off the wall (picture attached). c) I had to fiddle w/ the shower diverter for a good 5 minutes to make the shower head actually work.
