WoodSpring Suites El Paso

Just stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. First of all, the room smelled like cigarettes. The room looked like it was not cleaned prior to our arrival and the staff tried to mask the cigarettes smell by spraying it with fabuloso/fabreeze. Second, the security lock on the door looked like it was ripped off. Also, neighbor’s/hallway’s fire alarm kept going off at the same time (around 2am) every night we were there. Will definitely not book here again.

the room wasn’t clean only the bed was made hopefully ,there was hairs on the sink the bathtub was dirty the bathroom floor had pieces of toilet paper on the floor, the drawers had crumbs in them. worst experience wont book here again.

I was not given a key to my room until the next day. I could not leave the hotel because I would be locked out of my room, plus there was no toilet paper in the room

After checking in and cleaning for over 40mins we still didn’t feel comfortable staying there with my family. The door had a huge gap where you can see into our room and you could hear everything. There were hairs inside the fridge/freezer. Hair all over the toilet. We didn’t wanna have to change hotels because it was late and we were ready to go to bed but we just couldn’t get comfortable no matter how much cleaning we done.
