"Not happy with the front desk, manager and staff."

When I checked in the counter man was distracted by his kids/family. He took my drivers license to copy and did some other stuff. When he gave me the packet of paperwork it did not include the drivers license. He left it in the copier. The next day, 300 miles away I discovered no license. It took numerous phone calls from me and confusion by the staff as to how I was going to be sent my driver's license and when I would get it. That ultimately caused me to change my travel plans to get my license back.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your hotel. I reserved a room for myself and my wife two weeks in advance and specifically informed your staff that we would be arriving between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM. I was assured this would not be an issue. However, upon arrival after an 8-hour drive, we were told that our room was not available. I showed proof that I had already been billed for the stay, but the front desk staff continued to tell us we would need to wait until morning to speak with a manager. It wasn’t until I insisted on either a refund or a room that the front desk finally woke up another staff member to check the system. Only then did they find that our room was in fact available. This was an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience—especially after a long trip. My wife and I were both very tired, and this situation could have easily been avoided with better communication and professionalism from the front desk. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your late-night check-in procedures to ensure no other guests have to go through something similar.

Big room

Kind of ridiculous that you have to pay for a cup and he can't just get a cup you have to get the whole dish set for $25 pots and pans or 30 but yet at advertises the kitchenette.
