Hair in sink and bathtub, bed uncomfortable, not enough towels and couldn't get more, apparently no housekeeping, no coffee maker, no ice machine. No one in the office in the mornings, staff not very friendly. Left a small blanket called to see if I could pay to have it sent to me, was told it wasn't in the room. Overall very disappointing 😞

I like the staff and the room was comfy

The only issue for me was the outside. It was very trashy to the point that I wanted to tell the staff to pay me and I will clean it myself.

They sold our room we had reserved so I can't give a review if I wanted poor management

I booked a 2 bedroom reservation, and when I arrived they said that my reservation was for a 1 bedroom. My reservation clearly states 2 beds but the front office stated they weren’t informed by you. That now I have to pay more money for 2 bedroom

me gusto la hubicacion de el hotel

habian cucarachas pequenas en el area de la cocina . la cortina de la ventana no funcionaba bien y el grifo de agua de la ducha no cerraba bien estaba liquiando. y no tienen a alguien en front desk 24 hrs que dificulta un poco el servicio al cliente .
