WoodSpring Suites El Paso

Arrived to the property there was a sign on the window that said property was full. I left a note saying that I was gonna have a late check-in. I got there at 11:30 at night knocked on the window. Nobody came, but yet they charged my card I try to.

I was charged for something that I didn’t even get to sleep in because nobody was there to help front desk was closed

No breakfast

Not clean at all, missing pillows, no towels

No supe sus nombres pero en la entrada habia 2 personas un hombre y una mujer que me atendieron eran trabajadores de ahi pero como que no querian aceptar mi reservation hasta que les enseñe mi reservation y estaban solo burlándose entre ellos eran de raza negra los dos y por teléfono una mujer mexicana fue muy amable y respetuosa

I enjoyed my stay, awesome staff, definitely clean and o was very comfortable for the couple of nights. I’d stay again

It was a room for a night.

The smell of smoke and very loud even around 1am you can hear your neighbors TV
