Great house! Amazing cinema room.

Amazing space for a celebration, so close to the center of town and the seafront. The house had everything we needed for a large family celebration.

There were a few minor issues with the property such as toilets not flushing (there were plenty of alternatives to use) and some superficial damage from previous parties. A dedicated lounge area would have been nice, particularly for a longer stay.

Everything was exceptional for our needs, all the family enjoyed it.

The pool room, cinema room and hot tub were a perfect addition to a comfortable, spacious holiday let.

The property is in a very good location.

Wasn’t very clean. We paid nearly £1500 for 36 hours as the hours of check in and leaving are strict. We paid for a property specifically with a hot tub to find out it was broke when we tried to use it. Even if it did work there was no outdoor light. Did contact the property and they did say they were sending someone out who never arrived. And then they couldn’t get anyone to come. I don’t think they even tried. The house needs a bit of maintenance to be honest. I asked if we could get in 15 minutes early to be told no As the cleaners needed to be there from 10am to 4pm and I can tell you there definitely wasn’t 6 hours of cleaning. Out of 6 bathrooms they left 2 toilet rolls which is ridiculous! There wasn’t enough to even last a day. For the price what was paid absolutly not good enough.

Nothing that’s worth raising

The property was clean and had everything you needed. Lovely modern bedrooms, most with an en-suite. We loved the cinema room which had Netflix and Now cinema loaded. Hot tub had been turned on and was ready for us to use.

The property was lacking a ‘living room’ with only the bar room for relaxation. There were lots of snagging issues - a window ledge in a bedroom was broken, tap in kitchen very wobbly but nothing too serious. We did have an issue with being asked to pay a £700 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of £50 after we had paid in full. We were not expecting this and booking.com said that it should only have been a £400 returnable deposit. Still waiting to hear back from booking.com who said that they would look into this.

Beautiful house, has all the comforts you need for a stay here. Beds were comfortable, cinema room is brilliant, enjoyed the hot tub. The place is within walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants and bars.
