The Jewel of Jacksonville

The house has everything we needed. Located in a quiet suburb. 10 minute drive to city center. Large kitchen and a lot of space and plenty of rooms. Parking spot. Perfect. Very nice staff and quick in response and action. Lovely little cats also outside in the street we lover that.

There is not a lot do closeby.

It was clean for the most part but the location was great for where I needed to be

It needs some TLC back door has no seal. Had termites all throughout the house like it was a camp site smh

Quite place

The property was very up to date and clean.

There were several items that needed to be repaired (closet door, arcade game, seal at the bottom of the back door, inside coil on AC unit needs cleaned, filter needs changed, door lock needed batteries).

Everything

I love the property that it was spaces had a lot of room for the family to enjoy. I love that it has 2 bathrooms one in the master bedroom & one for the to use .

Only the closest door was mess up & needs more repair that all the house is beautiful

The grass and trees need to be groomed. Dog popped all over the yard. Need more outside lights. The house was full of ants, and my family got ant bites. The TV was outdated and had no TV in the master bedroom.
