Al Barakah Mawaddah Hotel

Location was fine, if not too close to the Haram. The lobby area was good and spacious with centre carpeted area kept for prayers, which was very nice

One of the 2 lifts on the left side would not go to level 4! The entrance auto door was kept open all the times, staff confirmed it was out of order when I enquired, due to this reason aircon was kept shut and there were hundreds of flies annoying all the times. People staying there, mostly Indonesian background would smoke every now and then right at the foot step of the entrance that did not have any No Smoking signs, causing all smoke to come inside the lobby with doors left permanently open, this was totally unacceptable for me as I had kids with me who kept asking me why these people are smoking within the hotel vicinity. Bathroom had rotten door frame, the door was aged from inside, Bidet wouldnt stick on to its holder and would spray in all directions! Toilet seat was wobbly and unsafe to sit. The bathroom needed deep clean, grout was moldy. Shower did not have any curtains. The jumbo exhaust fan would turn on every time with the light and was placed next to the shower which was not too nice. There should've been option to shut the exhaust off. The basin was blocked. Toilet roll holder was installed in a very wrong spot where it made impossible to reach. Bedroom carpet was too dirty and needs steam clean. Common areas were kept clean though all the times.

Location is not bad, about 350m/ 7 minutes to haram

The rooms had a smell (from the bathroom). The plumbing in the bathroom was not good. Could tell the shower base was an amateur installation and did not fit, causing a place for water to gather, and may have been the source of the smell in the room.

Emplacement.

Très sal vraiment salle de bain. Très petit fonctionne très mal. Certains ont bu des rats dans leurs chambres . Vraiment sal c'est honteux. Il plus y'avait j'avais un groupe de 45 personnes je suis vraiment dégouté.
