Very convenient for the town. Nice and clean. It was pleasantly quiet being just off the town centre. The clock was not a disturbance.

Access to flat which is on the second floor is rather grim. Getting in and out of the bath can be tricky for older people. The double bed could have been improved with a larger mattress to fit the bed frame. It also took us a while before we realised that there were two key boxes. Should be noted that it is the one on the left.
