Clock Tower Flats Morpeth

Excellent location, clean, bed was soft but I liked it, husband too soft for him but that's just personal choice. Everything you needed. Definitely recommend . Lots of information. Didn't use the heating as the flat was warm enough. Excellent host, very accommodating. Very helpful.

Not so much didn't like- just observation. The staircase in the communal area was not welcoming at all and middle door latch off. Filled us with dread but once inside the flat was fabulous. Also be aware being next to the clock tower we didn't realise how much it rung and chimed. Had to shut windows. After 3 days got used to it. Parking was quite difficult as we were there for a funeral so the car parks wernt an option but we managed. Moved car twice but finally got a space right outside.

The property is well maintained and well equipped. The windows have been replaced since our last visit which makes a considerable difference. The flat is spotless with good facilities and the bathroom and kitchen are of a high standard. Useful local information is provided.

The communal entrance and stairs need upgrading. Chipped paint work, holes in the plaster work and uneven stairs. The outer door needs repainting and at the very least the windows need washed. It doesn't give a very good impression. Appreciate it's called the Clock Tower but does it need to chime every 15 minutes throughout the day and night!

Wetherspoons over the road. I drank too much lol.

Great location close to a beautiful park , river, shops, pubs and restaurants.Good communication regarding keys and parking. Clean and spacious.

Everything’s is there for me I don’t need to look anything further.
