Street noise Suggest have low level light prior to sleep. Lights too bright prior to sleep. Bright lights stimulate sympathetic nervous system (awakeness)

Removed bed sheets hand to staff Why not wash pillow covers they r off white need Chang n wash every time .should ¿? Saliva while sleeping on.?? Glass door to balcony need fix, adjust if not will brake due to dragging, glass easy bbb ?? Loved balcony feel good sitting out.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff on the desk during the day were helpful.

There was no hot water or shower pressure. My sink didn’t drain.

Excellent location in the hub of the beach area, restaurants, centro, market and 24/7 markets. Private free parking. Reception desk. We booked the room with kitchen and balcony… Balcony was nice to have as most other rooms don’t have windows. Charming view overlooking the town center and church. Nice staff.

Booked the queen room with kitchen and balcony but disappointed the Wifi doesn’t work in the room. Paid a lot more for this room and this would have been a deal breaker if we had known before booking. The TV or cable didn’t work either. They tried to fix it and gave us a new remote but it still didn’t work and staff didn’t care too much. Also, we prefer a fan as opposed to the AC and the fan didn’t work properly, and only had one minimal setting and was wobbly/ unsafe. Fridge was old and freezer doesn’t work. There’s a bit of noise from live music at the bars, but only until midnight. Great location but I’d recommend the basic room for the value you receive.

Water in shower fluctuated hot and cold. There was no table to sit and eat at. No English tv channels. No hangers for clothes.
