Ugh. Seriously? How can that room pass muster? There’s no toilet seat much less a cover lid. And it’s old and rusty. Bathroom tile is sooo old that grout dirt is beyond cleaning. A complete rehaul was needed years ago. I haven’t seen a room like this since Honduras in ‘85.

I liked that the rooms were adjoining with a balcony. I liked that the cleaning ladies absolutely made our rooms sparkling every day! They work hard!

The desk staff and manager onsite didn't seem to care that we didn't have lights out on our balcony when we asked for replacement. My son tried to cancel for one night and they would not reimburse him. I am the one who made the reservation but my son showed up 1 day before so they asked for payment on his card. Not acceptable. The highway noise is aweful. No sleep there! The bathroom shower and sink in the small room stank the whole time my son stayed in there. They run the shower for hours trying to get rid of the smell and the toilets in both rooms leaked!

Breakfast was non existent. Charged me an extra $35.00 Booking .com tax which I was not told about by Booking.com. Hidden fees are a killer when you travel. I have used booking.com before but I am reluctant because of these fees I am not told about.

Explain fees ahead of time. The total is what one needs.

This hotel is conveniently located near the beach, bars, coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff were helpful, although most spoke little to no English. The translator app was very helpful. Rooms were secure and cleaned daily with fresh towels and toilet paper. Great air conditioner. Very inexpensive and very good value for the price!

It was a little noisy at times and the hot water/ water pressure in the shower was low at some parts of the day. No hair dryer...bring your own.
