HOTEL OLAS ALTAS BUCERIAS

The place was exactly what you expect for a decent price right down town. They were very accommodating and helpful with our hotel parking.

It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but we were there on the last day of a big festival and the Centro band played until 6:00am. Everyone within a km or so would have heard it.

The location was close to beach and bus station.

Bed was hard but they seem to be throughout Mexico.

Location, price, clean, comfortable beds.

Pillows were huge. Hard on the neck. Very noisy but there was a festival going on. No fault of the hotel

The place was not clean, there is no place to park even when the mention there would be. There is a community bathroom outside the rooms where anyone from the street can use, which didn’t feel safe, the staff mentioned to take expensive belongings with you in case someone tried to steal from your room. Bed was rock hard, a lot of street noise.

No resteruant, went around the corner to eat, good food there.

The location of this property is absolutely incredible, you are so close to the center of Bucerías and the beach! The AC was also great !

The rooms were meh, beds are rough, black mold everywhere, a drop with out a step from the bathroom that I slipped on. We also heard a bang every hour while we were sleeping as there are public bathrooms outside, and someone slamming the door. When we made a comment to the staff, she seemed like she did not care. Close to town centre. Large terrace in our Family Terrace Suite. Second room is in a separate building across the terrace with its own bathroom and another small terrace (overlooking the highway). Both rooms are a good size. AC worked pretty well. Handy small fridge, coffee maker/mugs and microwave. Shower was a good size. Front desk staff was nice. Clean enough.

There is a large step into the bathroom. On the second day our (threadbare) towels were taken and not replaced due to issue with laundry. It is right on the highway, which we knew, but very loud traffic through the day into evening. No sound barrier with those windows and doors; a fair amount of light also comes in at night. (Definitely not a 5 star even by MX standards; could use updating.)
