Location, that is all. Room was clean.

The front desk clerk attempted to charge us more then what we booked on booking .com. $789 is what he tried to charge us, saying the booking price did not include commission. We paid in cash. The room was very noisy and did not look as advertised. The window would not shut properly as we were on the first floor. Sewage smell in the washroom, zero hot water. There were cockroaches we had to kill and I got some bites in bed. Asked to switch rooms when we first arrived, clerk said there were no rooms available which clearly the hotel was empty for our visit. I want a refund to my account. The hotel is not as advertised and would like a refund.

Air conditioner, close to the plaza and beach. Good for the price.

There was no breakfast. It was pretty dirty on the outside of patio area. The staff was very nice.
