HOTEL OLAS ALTAS BUCERIAS

Location excellent. Danny was excellent. Upgrading to the terrace room with outdoor kitchen was superb. Air conditioning worked great! Price was great!

Hot water issues but it was addressed. Rm 12 has no shelves, no closet, no dresser, no lamp. Bare bones bed and toilet/shower. Great if you're just passing thru for a night or 2.

I liked the location. It’s close to the beach.

There is a bar close by that plays loud rock music late at night.

Housekeeper was excellent. Front desk helpful. All staff very friendly.

No English tv channels. No fridge. Low water preasure in shower.

The budget room resembled a jail cell with window, opening to interior of building where everyone walked by so had to be kept closed. Didn’t get hot water one day, next day, no water at all and on the day we checked out, finally got water

Dingy, needs TLC…. Horrible hard pillows make your head hurt… deep cleaning needed

the hotel was neglected, the area/zone was horrible, the only redeeming feature was the employees who were friendly. It was 3 nights, that I paid upon arrival, after we saw the room, I asked for a refund for the next 2 nights and they told me that booking said no.

Good value for the money, was a little worried how close to the highway it was when arrived but put on the A/C fan and didn't notice anything. Had a good sleep. Nice and central to getting to all the best of Bucerius.

Room was quite small and kinda basement'ish feeling but was clean and comfortable. Super hard to find parking for vehicle...they do have parking for 3-4 vehicles within their gate but they were full when we got there. Luckily a couple vehicles left before dark and we were able to fit our truck in.
