Clean and comfortable hotel. Decently sized rooms. Plenty of lighting in the room. Clean bed and bath linen. Hotel is at a great location in a quiet bylane of Koregaon Park. Great value for money. Ideal if you just need a place to crash without breaking the bank.

The hot water in the shower could have been more consistent

The location is amazing. The hotel is really clean - something that sets Bloom Hotels apart in this category. They have done a great job of giving us a budget hotel that one can enjoy staying at. The staff deserves a special mention as they are really friendly and helpful.

The room I got has a great big window - which stares right into the building next door. if I open the curtains, there are about 10 apartments who can look directly into my room. The bathrooms are really tiny (very well maintained though). For a budget hotel, they can lower their prices a little.

They cancelled my booking. They said they Tried to contact me, but I showed them an email I had replied to confirming my booking and my last arrival time. When we arrived at the pre notified 1:30am they had let are room go and were fully booked, so we had to look for another Hotel at 2am in the morning.
