Bharat at the reception was very efficient and friendly. Clean rooms.

Beds are shifty as they are light.

The location was very convenient as it is close to the airport and there were a lot of shops conveniently close by. The surroundings of the location was very green and clean. Room was very clean and tidy with an en-suite which were both very good size. The room had good amount of lighting options from bright to low which suited for every need, I liked the fact that complimentary water, drinks and snacks were provided and that a common fridge was available to keep your perishables during your stay. There is always someone available to address anything you need.

The window did not have any mosquito net on it therefore we could not leave the window open for some fresh breeze as on the first night we accidentally let a lot of mosquitoes in by opening the window. The breakfast buffet had very limited options and was expensive for what was offered. It was nice that the staff were happy to make fresh dishes as what was left out on the buffet was stale and dry. It would have been nice to have some fresh milk or UHT milk available rather than the milk powder sachets which just end spilling everywhere or just clump up in the coffee.

This is a great place! Good location, fresh fruit at breakfast, super helpful staff, very clean.
