Lage war gut und Personal war sehr freundlich

The washroom floor is 1 feet higher than room, its very difficult to climb. When I compalin they tried to fix it by providing some cement brick to reduce climing height I find it not safe, so i checkout 30mins after checking in Still I would say if its noy a problem for anyone, hotel is clean and staff is supportive, they tried to privide their best support

Good location and convenient. Breakfast was fine too.

Annoying and lengthy check-in process for staying just one night, not being offered any food or drinks in the cafe when sitting there for one whole hour, no mosquito net.

Great room and professional staff.

Paid for night 18th Nov. when we were staying with friends. Could not resolve cancellation issue with property or booking..com. I believe it was an issue that could have been sensibly and easily resolved instead of handballed between parties with no satisfactory resolution for the client.

The staff were doing their very best very engaging and easy to deal with

No sound proofing, kept us awake most of the night, could hear people talking, some poor person coughing all night, people coming and going, doors opening and closing,

Exactly as advertised. Clean room , friendly staff and great location Parking also available

Location was fantastic

Washroom had such bad odour and when asked for room freshner, it never came. In the name of sustainability, do not enforce on customers: no polythene bags in dustbins (a first!), plastic water bottles given initially but then asked for refill (like what!) Toilet seats were just pathetic and I mean PATHETICALLY Stained. No lifts for guests and the passage passes through dining area.
