Great feel to the decor, central, lovely owner of this apartment with great communication

Just couldn’t seem to get the heating working and I really love being cozy. However I slept okay considering so the bedding was warm enough

View was amazing

The video and everything was walking distance from main strip

Not too sure what it was but TV wasn’t working properly didn’t turn in properly until like an hour before sleeping on our final night. Also was cold but not too sure aircon was not working properly. But overall experience was still very good

Great spot at the viaduct close to everything. Great view, comfortable bed with everything you need for a short stay.

It is not clear that parking is an extra cost. In the opening sentence it states "private parking is available on site" and below in 'most popular facilities' is has private parking listed - not stating it is an extra cost. I pointed this out to the managers after I had booked and then clearly informed it would be extra $194. They said they would look at changing it to be clearer - but haven't. When I did try to park after paying the extra, I was not provided with any access information for parking or location of parking, and the reception at the Sebel will not assist as it is privately owned. The room is a little run down. Doors and cupboards wont close properly, the table is scratched, there are multiple cables hanging down from behind the TV, and the balcony is big enough to stand up in - there is not enough room for seating. The pillow cases smelt like they hadn't been changed, and there was a second hand sponge under the sink that had stains on it - disgusting. Very little in way of utensils/plates/glasses. All in all - I might recommend for an overnight stay at best.
