The Golden Hour Penthouse

The location!! It was absolutely amazing. The property is so beautiful it looks identical to the photos, it’s spacious, sunny and surprisingly quiet for being located right on the viaduct. It is easily accessible and the hosts are so accommodating to all needs and the communication is exceptional! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

No aircon and as it’s very sunny, even with windows open it’s gets very warm!

Outstanding location and value for money

The extra room space and view. Apart from the noise the location was directly in the viaduct and within walking distance of the wharf and town.

The room was directly above the hotel that had live music that went on until well after midnight on both the Fri and Sat making it very noisy. The checkin was not easy and there was an issue with parking which was not the fault of the hosts. The apartment has been partly renovated but the cabinetry was old. The facilities for what is marketed as a penthouse are basic with only basic tea and coffee and no coffee machine .

Lock Box was not at Property

Found a few small maintenance related issues so reported them back. WiFi is very slow

Beautiful views & the property looks exactly like the pictures. Bed was soo comfortable! Very clean space. Easy to access from the viaduct and such prime location. Katie & Annabelle were awesome to deal with. :)
