Didn't get the breakfast

Waited while room was being prepared and there were no towels in the room

Swimming pool, and the place was clean

The breakfast, our order was always wrong and eggs always oily

I like that they had family rooms where children had their single beds

The gate couldn't open. We had to open it manually and it was very heavy. The headboards for children's beds were dusty. The backup generator only works for 30 minutes and switches off. We had to eat breakfast in the other facility and no transport was provided. We had to request several times for swimming pool to be cleaned as it was so hot

Nothing at all..the lady on duty was terrible from the moment we have arrived.we were mor expected.

I slept with unwashed sheets o could smell a another person's sweat

I already sent reviews as we had such an awesome stay that we rebooked for another night twice. It's an awesome place to stay. Superblessed with gratitude 🙏
