"The person who i booked on behalf of did not enjoy their stay as the room was unhygienic."

Nothing. Due to the circumstances of the room, it made my entire stay unpleasant.

The room that was provided was unhygienic, the bathroom space was moldy which made it unpleasant to take a shower in. The bedding was dirty, the towel provided was broken. I have attached images for review
