Wellness Chiang Mai Hotel

It is well located for the airport and the airport Central Plaza. this time we stayed in room 709, which is larger than eg 706.

We have stayed here at least twice a year for the past few years, usually for 2 nights, sometimes just 1. Years ago it had a premium feel. It has not lost that completely, but whilst the price has not changed, the rooms are starting to look a little tired, necessary bathroom accessories are often not provided now and the water temperatures in the bathroom have become unpredictable with cold often being the only option. It feels like there are budgetary cutbacks for whatever reason.

Late check in great for late arrivals from the airport, friendly staff and clean space.

Harder beds are typical across Thailand, struggled a little to sleep. Noise from the road from the front of the hotel also.

The location was great as we needed to be at the airport for an early flight the next morning. The swimming pool was nice and warm which seems to be rare lately. Room was spacious.

Although the room was spacious, it was quite tired and needs some tlc. The doors had all chipped and the veneer was peeling off, the air con let out a musky damp smell and the shower didn’t work whilst attached to the ‘holder’ on the wall.

Nice big rooms and a comfy bed. The pool was nice.

Located next to a very busy road.
