Wellness Chiang Mai Hotel

Very good and soft beds for us westerners. Good space in the apartment.

Kitchen stuff hidden in the kitchen closet. Could have been better cleaned, the top on shelves and fridge. The small room we used the last day was a bit worn down. I guess some rooms needs an upgrade. They closed the pool for cleaning the day we needed it the most. (Cleaning for 3 days, they apologized, as they normally do 1 day a week for cleaning)

It was near the airport

It was at a really busy road, the swimming pool was cloudy and full of chlorine, it was at the parking lot. The room could be cleaner. The shower was duc taped and the rain shower was more like a waterfall it was going everywhere out of the hose. Also 2 lights couldnt go out, when we called the reception, they couldnt understand us, nor help us. There was also a weird smell coming out of the airco. Overall wouldnt go there again and it was definitely no wellness.

The gave us a free upgrede in big apartment, room was big and very nice

Beds are too soft for me, need better ones

Very nice and central

Everything only stayed for 1 night so not really se the place
