Cool place.

The location of the place was perfect, we weren’t far from family and friends to bring in the new year. Thanks for the stay.

The weather, since it was colder in the area than usual at this time.

The property required a fifty-dollar cash-only deposit at check-in. Upon checkout, the deposit was not refunded because a receipt was required. I honestly do not remember ever being given a receipt, and I do not recall having one in my possession. It is possible it was never provided. The important point for future guests: if you do not have a physical receipt for the cash deposit, the money will not be returned. No card deposit option was offered — cash only. Please be aware of this risk before staying here.

Great staff. Nice and very clean rooms and very quiet..🙂

What didn’t I like about it…this ranks in my top 3 of best places I’ve stayed, from the cleanliness, location, comfort of the bed down to the shower it was all excellent, had to be he best shower of anyplace I’ve been to.

If I had to find something it would be checking in at the motel location which is 3 blocks from the courtyard motel.
