"The management of key delivery is awful. With 5 suitcases, I had to pick up the keys 7 blocks away from the place. And to return them and collect the deposit, which can only be given in cash, I had to go at 3 in the morning since that was the time I left for the airport. Many locations but very poorly managed. Additionally, the lamp was dirty with chocolate, and the nightstand had food crumbs. The price is too high for that kind of service."
