We really enjoyed our stay The view is amazing even when it rains it’s so relaxing in the jungle it’s clean enough snacks in the fridge free water complimentary breakfast brought to you in morning very picturesque and very pretty it’s very remote and chilled out few lovely little touches like fresh clean gowns and towels made up nicely on the bed for you aircron electricity extension lead

There is abit of a communication barrier and it’s not very clear where to check in / pay for activities not any signs around not shown around the sight have to kind of work things out a lot of things for your self when checked in shown to room but very fast not asked if need anything etc

ฉันเข้าพักที่ Bridge Hill Cafe ด้วยความตั้งใจจะมาพักผ่อนท่ามกลางธรรมชาติหลังจากเดินทางมาไกลจากเกาะพะงัน แต่กลับพบกับประสบการณ์ที่แย่มากจนน่าผิดหวังอย่างยิ่ง ตลอดคืน ไฟตกหลายครั้ง และไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ที่โรงแรมเลย ทำให้เราต้องลงไป สับคัตเอาท์เองเกือบห้าถึงหกครั้ง ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นกับโรงแรมที่คิดราคาพักแบบรวมฟาซิลิตี้ครบ และควรมีระบบดูแลผู้เข้าพักอย่างเหมาะสม อีกทั้ง อ่างอาบน้ำด้านนอกไม่สามารถเปิดน้ำร้อนได้ เพราะทุกครั้งที่เปิดจะทำให้ไฟตกทันที ส่งผลให้เราไม่สามารถใช้บริการตามที่โรงแรมโฆษณาไว้ได้เลย ไม่เพียงเท่านั้น ช่วงเช้าก็ยังมีปัญหาเกิดขึ้นอีกหลายครั้ง ทำให้เสียอารมณ์อย่างมาก เพราะตั้งใจจะมาพักผ่อน แต่กลับต้องคอยแก้ปัญหาแทนโรงแรมตลอดเวลา สุดท้าย เราขอความช่วยเหลือจากทางโรงแรมเพื่อหาเส้นทางการเดินทางไปภูเก็ต แต่กลับ ไม่ได้รับคำแนะนำหรือการช่วยเหลือใดๆ จนต้องจัดการทุกอย่างด้วยตัวเอง หาจุดนั่งรถทัวร์เองทั้งหมด โดยรวมแล้ว ประสบการณ์ครั้งนี้ทำให้ฉันรู้สึก ผิดหวังมาก และไม่คิดว่าจะกลับมาพักอีกเลย หวังว่าทางโรงแรมจะนำไปปรับปรุงอย่างจริงจัง เพราะปัจจุบันมาตรฐานการบริการยังต่ำกว่าที่ควรจะเป็นมาก

I stayed at Bridge Hill Cafe hoping to relax in nature after traveling a long way from Koh Phangan, but the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Throughout the night, the power went out multiple times, and there were no staff members on-site to assist. We had to go down and reset the circuit breaker ourselves five to six times, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging full price with included facilities. On top of that, the outdoor bathtub could not be used because every time we tried to turn on the hot water, the power would trip again. The issues continued into the next morning, adding even more frustration when all we wanted was a peaceful getaway. We also asked the hotel for assistance with transportation to Phuket, but unfortunately received no useful help. In the end, we had to arrange everything by ourselves and find the bus pick-up point without any support from the hotel staff. Overall, this stay left me feeling very disappointed, and I do not intend to return. I hope the hotel seriously improves its service and facilities, as the current standard is far below expectations.

Udsigten er utrolig smuk, og det er alle pengene værd. Personalet er søde og imødekommende og caféen på stedet, er også rigtig fin, når man lige skal have et let måltid eller noget lækkert at drikke.

Selvom udsigten er flot, så er det ærgerligt at det ligger ud til en befærdet vej. Der er meget larm, fra både trafik og arbejde, samt haner der galer tidlig morgen.
