Tuvimos un problema con la entrada al hospedaje, no me enviaron a tiempo la clave del locker por correo, llegué y tuve que llamar por teléfono al número que sale en la página, me respondió una persona que fue de lo extraña en la atención, ya que no entendía lo que le estaba solicitando, tuve que repetir le literalmente más de 20 veces el nombre de quien había hecho la reserva, y no daba solución a nada , solo nos hacía las mismas preguntas, teníamos que estar repitiendo una y otra vez que le estaba solicitando, no paraba de preguntarnos a cada rato cuál era el motivo de mi llamaba por teléfono, parecía una persona que no estuvieran con sus cinco sentidos consientes… muchas veces me quiso cortar y a mí insistencia de no dejar que me corte la llamada, pero de pronto en un momento se ilumina y me da la clave del locker de la llave, luego de haber estado como 40 minutos por teléfono!!!… pasando por un mal rato, en un momento pensé que nos habían estafado con la reserva de este lugar…

Kind regards, Xxxx @Guestz ================ Yet they did supply such toiletry items as shower gel and shampoo (and washing up liquid) … We have stayed in self-catering accommodation all over Britain and have never, ever, previously been expected to bring our own toilet paper. If they insist on this bizarre policy they might at least highlight it in the property description. So it’s “null points” all round on this basis alone. Also … The TV was useless; apart from its inconvenient siting at 90 degrees to the bed (the only place from which one could conceivably watch it while seated) its reception appeared to depend on the WiFi which was … … you’ve guessed it, terrible. The parking is extremely limited and awkward, with a severe danger of being blocked in by other vehicles. All of which might be expected given the generally shabby ambience of the property. All-in-all, this is a grossly over-priced facility with a management whose approach is, to put it mildly, peculiar.

Beautiful spacious apartment equipped with everything we needed. Conveniently located with plenty of free street parking. Friendly hosts.

Location better than expected as 12 minutes walk into centre of Chester and could see canal just down the road. Spacious rooms. Quiet. Comfortable and clean.

Bedroom blinds need fixing.
