The accomodation itself was very good, room was clean and comfortable, all kitchen appliances, utensils, iron and hairdryer were provided. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. Heater was functioning well. Location was good, near to the station as well as many tourist attractions.

There was a problem with the address. It doesn't show up correctly on Google maps and I had to face problem whenever I ordered something or called a cab. Amazon also delivered my parcel in the wrong house because the houses are not labelled in a prominent way. It would be nice if the correct address can be updated online as well.

Location was excellent. Parking is a bit of a headache. Conditions of parking need to be clear. All of the advertising, information for the property indicate free parking. But when I went to confirm booking and given access code, it said at the bottom, parking not included with my stay. Was very disappointed by that. Please clearly state on advertising that parking is free, or is not free, or is not guaranteed in advertising.

Parking needs to be more clear as to what conditions is parking with with your rental. WIFI needs to be increased. Free WIFI is again advertised, but when you get to the room, the WIFI is weak at best. Either Boost the signal for 10-3 or remove Free WIFI in advertising.

The location was perfect and I we would definately stay there again

No washing up bowl in the kitchen or a plug so very hard to wash up kitchen items

Beautiful studio apartment in a converted house (we had 10/6). Surprisingly well-appointed and very obviously recently refurbished to a high standard. Pretty terraced gardens. Quiet residential area next to the canal. My daughter didn't want to leave! Several minimarkets and cafes are a street or so back from the other side of the canal (seems to be Studentville on that side). My little girl loved the bubble tea bar (think it was on Raymond Street?). Excellent meals available upstairs in the Telford Warehouse restaurant/pub/venue, a pleasant 5-10 minutes walk along the canal. I think they may finish serving meals at 9 pm. Easy driving distance from the Zoo (around £6 in an Uber - if you're wanting picked-up from the main zoo entrance gates on return, specify Car Park 1 in the Uber app). Also, there are public transport and Hop On/Off tourist bus links (including to the city centre) near the apartments.. Good communication with the admin team. Meet-and-greet is available if booked in good time. I would definitely go back.

On the Saturday, we missed the last serving at the Telford Warehouse and could only find (abundant) takeaways in walking distance. If you drive, this won't be a problem. There was some confusion over the access code for the keybox. Most of our documentation quoted one (incorrect) code, however, the correct one was buried in only one location. We found it ourselves, but I'm confident that the admin team would have sorted it for us if needed.
