ROMy general impression about this place was of a Brazilian Favelas. The one garbage bin from the bathroom was without a plastic bag...... I suppose they don't have guests, to stay just come and leave as soon as possible like I did....
ROThe place is pretty small but it has everything you need and it was clean. Don't expect something fancy but it's all right considering the price. The location was good and it had a pretty view of the stadion.
The host told me I could check in only after 8 PM after telling him that I'll arrive at 7 AM and that I wanted to do the check in earlier. Although I did my check in at 6 PM it was still a long time to wait and it kind of ruined my plans for that day. Also, the payment method was to put the money in cash somewhere. I didn't do this in my first day there (I also had better plans than to find an ATM) and next morning the host called me at 08:30 AM telling me that he didn't find the money and if he doesn't get it in an hour he we'll cal the police, which was a bit extra if you ask me considering the early hour and the fact that it was just a misunderstanding. To be fair, he let me do the check out at 06:30 PM which was good, but all in all, the experience with him was kinda bad. PS: I only had warm water the first day I arrived, so take that into account aswell.

GBthe location was a long way from the centre. it was noisy at night, but did quiten down after midnight. It was a very uphill walk back from town
MDROROIt was ok when transiting and you don't have to stay too many nights. It's a small place, but clean and cozy and the bed is comfortable. The view is beautiful with the CFR stadium. It's easy to find the key and the flat.
In the bathroom, it's always water as you also shower there. There should have been a plexiglass separating the shower place, or maybe a mop, because you cannot go to the toilet or the sink without going into the water staying in bathroom. Also, when you're transiting, it isn't a huge problem.
