MD Tropical Sea Apartment

Staff and location is good. We extended our stay here cause it fit our small family well. See our earlier review.

Wrote quite some in an earlier review about smell, cleaning etc. All in all ok.

Location is good. Staff are nice and responsive. Good that we got two keys. Wash machine. Kitchen is ok, although knives not sharp.

I don't think they ever clean behind or under furniture. They try to do your dishes if you leve some when they come cleaning, which is nice, but then you have to do it again yourself because they just do a "quick" wash to remove the items from sink. There were various bad smells in different places. One bedroom smelled a bit like a cat litterbox. The bathroom smells a bit sewer, and under the kitchen sink, there is a very distinct smell. Staff did try to help us get rid of some smell, but it's not really possible. You just have to get used to it. Keep doors open and run ac when home.

the host was super nice and helpful. the location is really good, next to beach, shops and restaurants. can walk anywhere if you don’t want to use a motobike. nice view from the 35 floor. all you need for a comfy stay. good value for the money. I would come back again.

Air condition is not work and they did not have resolution for us

the communication with the owner was not easy, shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom
