Bogala Village Eco Resort

Excellent place for relaxing with beautiful views. Staff were wonderful. Food was delicious. Highly recommended to everyone.

The room was fantastic. Spacious and nice on the eyes. Comfy too. But the view is out of this world. Go on a sunny day. (We went on an overcast day and it was still beautiful. And quiet) The staff were nice and accommodating of our requests. Breakfast was a feast. They left us alone and didn’t bother us ever. There’s ample parking tho the drive up to there is a little iffy but we went in a Prius and we were just fine. The drive around there is beautiful too. It’s also super close to Colombo.

The pool was full of insects. The night brought on an unbelievable amount of bugs. But. But. Buuut, you’re out in nature so what else ya expecting? You could solve the pool issue by letting em know beforehand to clean it. But the bugs at night, keep the doors shut and you’re good.

The Villa rooms have the most incredible view of the forest, the rooms are also modern and comfortable and the staff was super gracious.

our stay at bogala village eco resort was truely exceptional! we loved the location. it was really a escape from day to day busy life. The staff was very friendly and arranged everything as we wanted. We got large portions for breakfast which was really yummy and it was included to the booking price aswell. Really worth the price. Wanna go there again in the near future. If you are planning to go there, go for a night stay highly recommended.

The staff are so nice, hospitable… the place, the view is incredibly nice! So relaxing, it’s the perfect place to be away from the hustle and bustle in the city.

There’s nothing that I really don’t like but maybe they can maintain the rooms. But overall it’s okay.

Food was exceptionally good. Pool is clean and we enjoyed the mountain view. Walking trails were nice too. Should appreciate the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Very peaceful overnight stop on our tuk tuk journey. Huge rooms with amazing views, comfortable beds. Very nice infinity pool and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We would definitely stay again.

The food was good, but they serve it in your room, so no actual restaurant. This also meant it was not that hot by the time you got it, especially the breakfast which was completely cold - not that nice for fried eggs etc.

Staff is very Friendly and the location is great with exceptional views.

Food is terrible
