Everything Was A Disaster Worst Place I've Ever Visited

Lovely friendly people. Stayed here at the start of my cycling trip and at the end. Best place l stayed in. Excellent service, great food.

We stayed 4 weeks in Sri Lanka, this was the worst and no where near the cheapest. The staff were indifferent (didn’t seem to care). Ordered food at 5:30pm, told 45 mins, and waited on outdoor table being bitten by mosquitoes and where it stank for 30 mins before asking for food to come to room, then attendant tells us another 90 mins for our food!? In the end food arrived at 7pm. Same thing for breakfast, ordered and asked for time - 7:30am please. Food arrived at 8:30am. No apology either time. As soon as we arrived and unloaded our bags I could see at least 4 of them watching inside, didn’t rush to help. Giggled giving each other eyes as we were checking in. Showed us to our room and then left without saying anything (restaurant ?? Pool ?? Hot water ????) while we put our things down. Toilet was dirty. $10 USD for the worst breakfast we ate in Sri Lanka. Upon checking out they added 10% service charge to our bill on top of booking.com total price which already included taxes and charges.

Bad experienc about the food. The food was not very fresh. We ask meet items on the menu but they did’nt have meets in the kitchen. So we orderd some seafood insted. Sea foods are not fresh. We ask about that and finally they cancelled one of our seafood dish.
