Spacious and generally clean, with all the facilities needed for a family trip to Aberdeen. Excellent contact from hosts. Lovely welcome pack in kitchen - breakfast for the whole family. Location perfect for city break. We'd definitely consider staying here again 😊

Few shabby bits. Shower was a little grubby in bits. Dishes in cupboards needed a wash before use. But when you're paying budget price for a location like this you can't have it all. Downsides were barely anything and definitely not enough to affect our stay.

the apartment is of a very good size. facilities are in all good working order. Nice and clean bedding and towels. centerlised location.

the access, as its in the basement and exactly 6am people start walking upstairs in a way that would wake anyone up. beds are not comfortable at all. it would move even when a small baby moves.

The host had kindly stocked up in breakfast cereals, croissants, jam, butter and milk. Coffee and tea was also available. The kids were delighted! Toiletries were also available, which was unexpected. There was lots of space in the apartment and felt like a home from home. Free parking outside the apartment too. Nice big space to fit a 4x4 vehicle.

The only picky thing was that we couldn’t get the WiFi to work and our phone data was unavailable, I think because it’s a basement apartment. Netflix and Prime are available on the tv but it was set in a foreign language, so couldn’t understand the instructions to reset the WiFi connection.

Spacious ,comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, breakfast included, close to all the shops.

Toilet in bathroom, hadn't been cleaned...and grout in shower is moulding..

Host was extremely helpful when we had not responded to booking.com messages. We did not know the process when we showed up. Host responded quickly and was super accommodating and helpful.

Not really anything. Maybe just that there was not a garbage can or outlets in the hallway bathroom. I thought no outlet in the bathroom was strange. But overall great place and good location.

The apartment is in the center of Aberdeen, everything is close by! We really like the place, it is huge and modern. Many people have said it was too loud for them to sleep at night, but we heard nothing and slept tightly!

Hosts are polite, but it takes some time for them to reply. Also, a bit more cleaning wouldn't be bad.
