Inside of the property was nice.

A lot of traffic noise. False advertising as there were no garden views. Looked out to the road one side and concrete stairs the other side. Parking was difficult to get to

The property was above expectations large fresh and clean. Everything you needed available. Warm easy to dry washing centre of Aberdeen walked to attraction

Great location, kitchen was stacked with croissants, cookies, coffee, tea - which is very nice.

It was hard to communicate with host - as booking.com says they reserve deposit (which is still reserved after 8 days) 7 days prior the arrival, I had to contact host and everything was sorted an hour before check-in, which is still OK, but not usual. Also beds were not comfortable, and ladies could not find hair dryer. Cleanliness also was questionable - visible rubbish under the sofa in the living room. TV shows in weird purple colour :) And every step in above apartment could be heard - I suppose this could happen in old town buildings.

We enjoyed how spacious the property was aswell as the location. I can’t thank the owners enough for all their help.

Location.

Entrance. Steps down to basement were very narrow and precarious.Cleanliness not satisfactory.(inside oven door,cutlery, and kitchen radiator cover) Trip hazard on rug in lounge.

Location was great. Having breakfast available was an added bonus.

Bedrooms were very noisy with road noise. Ended up having to sleep in the living room. No additional bed linens.

Delayed over double payment on caution deposit although the refund received but it took over 30days which I didn't find satisfactory.

Caution charge took a long time to be reimbursed.

It was very spacious, modern and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Only thing is it was a bit noisy trying to get to sleep but to be expected in the middle of a busy city centre.
