Friendly staff, good location

No hot water in shower (could not be fixed), no work desk for business traveler, no chair in room

Nice location, easy to access. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice and big. Not a pro or con just a note that there is no daily housekeeping.

Our room must’ve been under the restaurant because I could smell all the cooking that was taking place from the bathroom. The smell never travelled into the room though

Me cobraron más de lo que dice en Booking y la recepcionista pésima. No te dan ni toalla de acuerdo a la cantidad de personas. Y las camas no son cómodas.

The location was absolutely perfect, sooo close to everything!! The courtyard and the rooftop were gorgeous, loved the all the lush greenery and beautiful views of the volcanoes etc. and the architecture of the building/common areas generally were very pretty. Staff I interacted with were friendly

The room was stuffy and damp with no air circulation (only one window, which opened to the hotel courtyard and had no screen so couldn’t be kept open, and no vent in the bathroom). Linens weren’t the cleanest, dim lighting especially in the bathroom, brown (maybe rust?) stains on the shower head, and just generally it could use a nice deep clean and some airing out. I booked 2 nights but only ended up staying 1 (flight was cancelled last minute and they weren’t able/willing to amend my reservation) and I didn’t spend much time in the room at all. Again location was perfect but still wouldn’t recommend for stays longer than 1-2 nights

Lo céntrico q esta. Todo cerca. Restaurantes, parques, discotecas

This hotel was lovely. Incredible scenery inside and on the roof top. Nearby all the action ( food, park, & activities). Staff were friendly and helped where they could! Our room was nice! Additionally, this hotel has a restaurant that I had no idea about until my last day, wish I knew sooner!

My only complaint was that the beds were hard to sleep on and not so comfortable.

The staff was terrific.

The room was very dank (meaning it held humidity). There were no small bath towels. The food was disappointing. I did not like the idea of not flushing tissue down the toilet, but we understood the reason why and was actually okay with it.
