Courtyard by the Basilica

Perfecte ligging, ruim en compleet appartement.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was not properly equipped: there was no shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, or soap provided at all. The apartment was very cold, and we were unable to properly adjust the heating system. The air conditioning units were only blowing lukewarm air instead of real heat, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially during cold weather. When we tried to contact the property owner for help, he did not answer the phone. Instead, he sent a very short message via Booking telling us to contact him on WhatsApp for instructions. Later, when we arrived and realized that there was no parking available, we tried calling him again, but once more there was no answer. Overall, the communication was extremely poor, which we found unacceptable, particularly because we were traveling with children. We expected much better support and basic comfort for this type of accommodation. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this place.p

Мы приехали с женой в апартаменты Нам очень всё понравилось место расположения сам центр всё близко и удобно Единственное что в номере очень слабое отопление это Единственный минус это место Большое спасибо хозяева

Входная дверь возле лифта плохо открывается ключом надеюсь они поменяют замок
