Concierge not up to standard, property settled far from tar roads, making it a huge inconvenience when the gravel road is wet.

ZAThe place is very clean, rooms are spacious, friendly staff with great hospitality, they have a chef who prepared us great meals every little minute we were asking, we even extended our stay because we just couldn't leave when it was time to go. This is, in fact, a five-star hotel 🔥❤️
Yhoooo the road you have to use to get there 😭😭😭, it's really painful to drive in it. I just wish the Municipality there could be kind enough to fix their road
