The place is cosy but lacked a few things that would complete it boutique level status 1. No long mirror 2. No side floor rugs by the bed sides 3. No side lamps 4. The microwave class was not there inside 5. No telephone to communicate with reception. One had to walk all the way

The level of noise from other guests was unbearable. The music played too loud until right through the night. That was totally unacceptable. Even in the morning those rowdy guests kept playing the music and talking sooo loud. That was not fair at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else because of that. It was awful

The room was beautiful and quiet. The outside facilities are exceptional. I highly recommend it for relaxation. The guy who received us at the reception was friendly and welcoming, he made us feel comfortable.

There were dirty blankets on our bed and our kettle wasn’t working. Also there were no plates, we struggled to warm our food in the microwave.

We came for a funeral. We booked a total of 4 standard rooms. The hospitality was unmatched. Staff went above and beyond, attending to our every need.
