The room was large. Initially we were given a much smaller room and I had to remind the reception that I paid for a larger room.

That the plugs had low current and my hair dryer or flat iron wouldn't work in the room. I also struggled to charge my laptop.

The location is on the main road, however not visible at all at night. There's no light and signage indicating how to access the property.

Difficulty accessing the property and the heaters not working plus water was cold in the morning.

Comfortable place

Entrance of the facility is so poorly marked. I went round and round the block trying to find the entrance

The facility didn't plan the coffee station for couple there was no milk for coffee 😕

Hot water only accommodated 1 person, I had to bath with luke warm water. Bigger couch and another night stand would have been great but overall the service was great and had a peaceful sleep.

The room was clean and very comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was very low, and we ended up using basin to bath.
